Did you know? BULGUR RICE is known by many to be a great source of iron. It is also a good source of magnesium and manganese among other nutritious values. Surprisingly, for some people I spoke with, BULGUR RICE also has less calories than other old grain rice such as brown rice and quinoa rice when measured in the same amount. That’s it for now.
